Meet The Director of Big T!

With over 20 years of combined industry experience, Joey leads the Big T team with a strong focus on quality workmanship, honest advice, and reliable long-term solutions.

Remaining heavily involved throughout the quoting, design, and installation process, Joey works closely with both the team and clients to ensure every project is completed to the high standards Big T is known.

She is the driving force behind the coordination of projects, trades, scheduling, warranties, and customer communication, with a strong understanding of Ergon applications, manufacturer warranty processes, and large-scale project management.

Lill plays a vital role within the Big T team, overseeing invoicing, accounts management, compliance, and day-to-day business operations. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and business growth, she helps keep operations running smoothly while maintaining the professional standards and customer service Big T is known for.

Laura is the friendly first point of contact at Big T, managing customer enquiries across phone, email, and in-office support. She coordinates job bookings, staff scheduling, reminder systems, and incoming work orders, helping keep daily operations organised while delivering professional and reliable customer service.

Bryce is one of Big T’s Lead Tradesmen and our dedicated Solar Technician, with extensive experience across electrical, solar, air conditioning, and data works. Having completed both his apprenticeship and solar training through Big T, Bryce has become a highly skilled and hardworking member of the team who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and reliable service on every job.

Electrician | AC Installation

Drew is one of Big T’s Lead Tradesmen, specialising in electrical and air conditioning installations. Having completed his apprenticeship with Big T, he has been a valued part of the team for many years and is well known for his efficiency, workmanship, and record installation times on air conditioning projects.

Electrician | AC Installation

Zac has quickly become one of Big T’s Lead Electricians, specialising in large electrical projects, major upgrades, new builds, and compliance works alongside builders and Ergon Energy. Zac's continued growth, attention to detail, and strong work ethic have made him a highly valued part of Big T.

Refrigeration Mechanic 

Guy is Big T’s Refrigeration Mechanic, bringing extensive experience across fault finding, installations, and system repairs. He has become a huge support to Joey and Branden while bringing fresh ideas, positivity, and new techniques to the business. Guy is also completing his electrical apprenticeship through Big T to further expand his skills and industry knowledge.

Refrigeration Mechanic

Branden is one of Big T’s Senior Apprentices and has developed a strong reputation for his mechanical mindset and fault-finding ability. He quickly picks up new skills and handles a large workload of air conditioning repairs and maintenance, especially during the busy summer season, making him a highly valuable member of the team.

Electrical Apprentice 

Jordy has been part of the Big T team since his early days as a workshop hand during school and is now one of our Senior Electrical Apprentices. Known for his hard work, dedication, and positive attitude, no job is too difficult for Jordy. He has become a favourite among the tradesmen for his willingness to help and has developed strong skills in solar installations, making him a valuable asset to the team.

Brayden is one of Big T’s Senior Apprentices and a favourite amongst both staff and customers for his positive attitude and strong work ethic. He is a quick thinker who works confidently both independently and within the team, with strong skills in electrical fault finding, technical work, quoting, invoicing, and job documentation.

Braxton is one of Big T’s Senior Apprentices and a favourite among our customers for his positive attitude and willingness to learn. He is a great listener, quick learner, and is passionate about growing his knowledge in solar systems. Braxton is highly intelligent, hardworking, and a valued member of the Big T team who we are proud to have with us.

Electrical Apprentice

Bailey joined the Big T team in 2025 as an apprentice and has quickly become a valuable asset to the business. He assists across a wide range of jobs and has developed a strong understanding of our systems, paperwork, and day-to-day operations. With his work ethic and willingness to learn, we believe Bailey is on track to become a highly skilled tradesperson.

Electrical Apprentice

Cody joined Big T in March 2026 as a labourer and have already progressed to an apprentice working towards his trade qualification. Although new to the team, his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn have already made a great impression, and we can see him being a long-term part of the Big T team.

Trades and Apprentice Assist

Josh works alongside our tradesmen and apprentices onsite, assisting across a wide range of projects and daily tasks. With a strong work ethic and how seamlessly he has meshed with our team, he is well on track towards securing an apprenticeship opportunity with Big T. 

Workshop Coordinator 

Pete is responsible for all things workshop management at Big T, ensuring the workshop stays organised, fully stocked, and running smoothly at all times. As Joey’s dad and a valued part of the team, Pete plays a huge role behind the scenes supporting day-to-day operations.
